14U Red | Head Coach
Coach Connor Eisel brings a strong passion for player development and a deep love for the game to the MO Dawgs Baseball staff. Born and raised in St. Louis, he played competitively throughout high school with travel programs including STL Bandits, STL Sting, and THZ Tribe.
Coach Eisel began his high school career at CBC as both a catcher and pitcher before continuing at Fort Zumwalt West, where he developed a strong appreciation for team chemistry, mindset, and leadership. Known for leading by example, he discovered a passion for coaching through private pitching and catching instruction. Now stepping into a team coaching role with the 14U program, Coach Eisel is committed to helping players prepare for high school baseball while building skill, confidence, unity, and a genuine love for the game.
